The works are the complete replacement of the existing traffic barriers and bollards with new automated swing or bi-fold gates, including pedestrian access gate, and fencing at Macclesfield Police Station to make the car park fully secure and prevent unauthorised access. This work includes alterations to existing power supplies and security access. The works are to be carried out to facilitate the continuing business of the Police Station. Should the removal of the existing barrier, and the installation and commissioning of the new gates not be complete within a working day, it is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the car park is secure to prevent unauthorised vehicles from entering. Full details are contained within the Specification. This is an Online Request for Quotation (RFQ) - the RFQ is formed of online questions, supported by files in the document folder. Contractors will need to work through the Online RFQ to be fully informed of the Requirements and to submit their bid.
