SPS0893 - Court Up Women’s Support Team Provision

The Contracting Authority for this procurement is the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset (the "Customer"). The Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset is responsible for setting the direction and budget for policing in Avon and Somerset. Tenderers are invited to tender for the Customer's requirements for an external Provider to deliver a pilot for Court Up - Women’s Support Team service provision, operating within a multi-agency setting to provide a pro-active support service for every woman attending as a defendant at Bristol Magistrates Court. Information on the specification requirements for this service is detailed in ‘Part 3 – Specification of Requirements’. The Customer seeks to award a contract for a period of 2 years as a fixed term pilot. The maximum funding available for the contract term is £120,000 (£60k per annum).
