WP20-0050 - Provision of ICT Managed Service Provider (MSP)

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement for managed services to cover the provision, support and maintenance of Warwickshire Police’s ICT infrastructure and services. We are seeking a Supplier with demonstrable relevant experience and a successful track record of delivering IT managed services for comparable clients, i.e. similar services in a high availability environment such as policing. We are excited by the opportunity to create something really special; we seek a partner who can demonstrate their understanding of our needs and shares our desire to be at the forefront of digital policing. It is noted that Warwickshire Police has previously conducted a further competition for these services which was abandoned following significant changes to the internal ICT structure which had a material impact on the scope and value of the proposed contract.
