C003023 - OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING SERVICE

To provide a comprehensive proactive Mental Health, Wellbeing, CBT and Psychological Treatment Service to the employees of West Midlands Fire Service. This will be a confidential service with a primary aim of treating individuals who are experiencing mental health problems and advising the OH service on organisational support strategies to aid their recovery. There will also be continuous improvement work to enhance all services as agreed with the Authorities OH Manager
