Further Competition under ESPO Framework Agreement No. 198_16 The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Lancashire Constabulary with a full turn key service to minimise risk of and from exposure to legionella at the Customer premises in accordance with the control of substances hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 and the HSE’s Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8 ‘’The Control of Legionella bacteria in water systems’’
