4088 - Provision of Minor Works to Stores Roof

Within our stores building we have a Trapezoidal Pitched roof SIP system installed measuring (Approx. 17m x 18m). We require a price for the complete removal and replacement of this system meeting the following specification: Remove existing Trapezoidal Pitched SIP system, retaining where possible the current systems support structure and replace with a similar system which meets the following requirements: o As per Building Control L2B – Conservation of fuel and power in existing buildings other than dwelling the new material must provide a U- Value of 0.18W/(m2.k) or better o As per Building Control Approved Document B – Any new roofing material should meet European Code Class C or better
