7F/2020/0059 - Water Treatment and Risk Assessments BCH

The Police and Crime Commissioners for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire (BCH) have expressed the need to go out to tender via an Open Process for the provision of their Water System Risk Assessment & Water Hygiene Monitoring Services. Services needed will include; Quarterly TVC Sampling, Legionella Sampling, System Sampling, System Temp checks, CWS Tank inspections, CWST Open vent Checks, Expansion Vessel Flushing, CCA Sampling, and Chlorine Dioxide Routine checks, shower head descales/disinfection and TMV maintenance, Monthly water temp testing required and mandatory. and Water Risk assessments for all BCH sites shall be every 2 years. All bidders are required to attach their Business Continuity plan following the current pandemic crisis. This will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis. Failure to submit your Business Continuity plans will automatically disqualify a tenderer.
