In spring this year some leadership seminars will be delivered by Warwickshire Police Chief Constable, Martin Jelley to every member of the Warwickshire Police workforce (officers, staff and volunteers) to launch this approach, focusing specifically on improving victim satisfaction and confidence in the service we provide. We need to create a new branding and creative suite of products to support this direct face to face engagement, which would feature a victim or couple of victims speaking about their personal, first-hand experience(s) of their interactions with the forces and how they felt they were dealt with. We plan for this to not simply demonstrate the good service but the areas, which could be improved in the eyes of victim(s).
