C002820 - Replacement of Boiler works at Handsworth Fire Station

The Services Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the installations as detailed on the tender drawings and specifications. The contractor should employ skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described. The mechanical services shall include the following: - 1) Strip out and enabling works. 2) Gas Installation. 3) LTHW Heating Installation. 4) Building Management and Controls systems. 5) Thermal Insulation. 6) Testing and Commissioning All design drawings and design calculations should be submitted for comments. All plant shall be installed such that it complies with CDM and Health and Safety guidance on access and good maintenance. The new boiler installations shall take place at Handsworth Fire Station Rookery Road Birmingham B7 4HW
