The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Improvements to Wyatts Way SOCO Facility. The works detailed on the drawings scheduled herein consist of refurbishing several existing internal spaces and remodelling some rooms including new partitions and door openings to accommodate a new use. The work is to be carried out and completed by 31st March 2020 without fail.
