Estates - Bamber Bridge Police station Structural & Internal Refurbishment

This document is intended to give the construction partners on the North West Construction Hub (NWCH), Low Value Construction Framework Lot 7, an opportunity to tender for appointment as the Construction Partner on the Refurbishment of Bamber Bridge Police Station for Lancashire Constabulary. The tender will take the form of a Mini Competition between partners. This will be ‘Stage 1’ of a 2-Stage call-off procurement process under the protocols and procedures of the North West Construction Hub. Your submissions should be based upon the information provided and questions asked within this document. Once selected, the successful Construction Partner will become part of the Client’s broader ‘project team’ to take the project forward through ‘all-party collaborative engagement’ to contract agreement. This will be Stage 2 of the call-off procurement process.
