Catering Provision - Catering provision- Northamptonshire Police HQ

The Force is seeking to provide a competitively priced, modern and healthy food service to staff and visitors. It will have a retail type format offering sandwiches and deli foods from a chill cabinet, plus hot selections. It will also sell comfort and convenience products. It is to provide a flexible, healthy & nutritious, balanced menu. The Force, at their cost, provides all furniture and fittings within a cafeteria environment for daily use. The force also provides and maintains all equipment within the kitchen and storage areas, including fridges, freezers, ovens, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and smaller kitchen equipment such as mixers. In addition to this the force also carries out regular deep cleans, provides all utilities and ensures any necessary safety requirements/certificates are carried out and provided. The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a contract for catering provision for the period of 2 years + one 12 month extension.
