DP0332 - THE PROVISION OF A SAFE SPACE and NIGHT TIME PROACTIVE OUTREACH SERVICE
The Safe Space and Night-Time Proactive Outreach Service will: Provide a safe environment and place of shelter in a city-centre location for those identified as vulnerable (or in need) as a result of their substance misuse and/or low-level mental illness,through proactive engagement, minimise the harm associated with rough sleeping or homelessness through proactive engagement, minimise the harm associated with drug and alcohol misuse, enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals accessing the service through the delivery of person-centred, care-coordinated activities.
