DP0322 - Chesterfield Police Station Custody Suite Refurbishment and Roofing Works
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire require the refurbishment and re-roofing of the three felt covered flat roofs of the Custody Suite at C Division HQ, Beetwell Street Chesterfield. The work comprises the replacement of suspended ceilings, installation of wash basins in the detention cells, renewal of toilets in the detention cells, redecoration works, replacement of the main air handling plant and lighting and minor mechanical and electrical works associated with the above. The roofing work comprises of the stripping of the existing coverings, new insulation and built up felt covering together with associated roof drainage works. In addition the mono pitched artificial slate roof is to be re-covered as part of the works.
