A0441 - HP Non Stop System Monitoring, Diagnosis and Fault Rectification Service.

Greater Manchester Combined Authority as the Contracting Authority for Greater Manchester Police (“GMP”). Is seeking to procure a “System monitoring, diagnosis and fault rectification service” for both hardware and software components of our Hewlett Packard Non Stop (NS1200) platforms. There are 3 platforms requiring the support service: a) Production, b) Disaster Recovery (DR) , c) Development & Test. The contract will be awarded in two lots one for hardware and the other for software support. GMP reserves the right to award the contract to one or more suppliers or just one supplier for both lots. Bidders are not expected to communicate with any other persons at GMP Police concerning this tender, but will only allow clarifications through the Blue Light portal. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in disqualification from this and other future procurement processes.
