CON851 - Leadership Management

This tender is for the provision of experienced Leadership & Management providers to deliver to regional Police Officer’s and staff. The trainers will be required to deliver on police premises or other premises sourced by EMCHRS L&D in accordance with an agreed training schedule. The contract will run from 01 January 2018 through to 31/12/2019 for 24 months with the option to extend 2 x 24 months A Learning and Development Provider is required to deliver the following Training courses, which are aimed at two levels:- • Managing Self and Others (Police Constable to Police Sergeant) • Business Skills and Change Management (Police Constable to Police Sergeant and Police Sergeant to Police Inspector) • Impact and Influencing (Police Sergeant to Police Inspector)
