6094 - The Supply & Maintenance of a Mail Screening X-Ray Scanner

The LFEPA have issued this ITT with the intention of the Purchase & Maintenance of Mail Screening X-Ray Scanner. Mail Screening is an important part of maintaining the security and safety of all staff at Union Street and forms part of the ‘Mail Distribution’ policy no.657. Given the heightened security status our building the specification includes a bomb proof room and a X-ray machine. These measures are required to routinely screen our mail using the X-ray machine prior to it being passed to staff for opening.
