ESFA075 - Provision of Engineering Services

The Engineering Department of East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service operates an internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure the Organisation, Stations and Managers receive a service that ensures an operational readiness and day to day service to both the employees of East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) and the general public of East Sussex and the City of Brighton & Hove. To support the Engineering Department’s internal SLA, additional external resources are required.
