2.2.2 This programme of work will develop a Road Policing Operating Model (RPOM). The model will draw on campaign proven techniques and harness the value of collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The Model will benefit from and will build upon the experience and successes of Highways England (HE) and other partners within the NRPIF construct.
