AFRS07-2017-05 - Supply and Installation of Boiler Replacement to an Air Source Heat Pump with a Back-Up Oil Boiler

The Authority is seeking to award a contract for the supply, installation, connection, testing, commissioning of boiler replacement at Lansdown, in accordance with the attached MEP Specification. The works includes the following building services systems: R11 – Foul Drainage Above Ground S10 – Cold Water S11 – Hot Water S41 – Fuel Oil/Distribution T10 – Boilers T14 – Heat Pumps V20 – LV Distribution V21 – General Lighting V22 – General Power W60 – Controls/Monitoring The works is to be carried out at: Avon Fire & Rescue Service Lansdown Road Lansdown Bath B&NES BA1 9DB
