The Create a culture of driving high performance to help us achieve in the current period of high levels of change. • Delivered in an informal way to all supervisors and managers with a practical focus in order to encourage high levels of participation • All attendees are to fully participate and receive facilitator support/feedback. • Where possible senior teams to attend workshops together Delivered by external facilitator either locally or Headquarters. Internal support from HR team to be focused on ‘putting in to practise’ after the workshops • All sessions are linked to Continuous Professional Development to support the changing culture.
