CON821-11 - Tier 1 and Tier 2 Workstations

Leicestershire Police are seeking to source 20 x Computer Workstations to be deployed across its estate to allow its workforce to view CCTV footage which is recoded in a variety of video file formats. It will utilise an existing repository of software that runs on the Window Operating System. These workstations will also be used to perform basic editing/conversion of CCTV footage obtained during criminal investigations. This process will consist of one of two methods, 1) the conversion of video files 2) the playing of CCTV footage and then screen recording it using software. Leicestershire Police are seeking to source 2 x Computer Workstations to be deployed within its Tier 2 Audio Visual Laboratory. These workstations will be used to process video footage and audio files, their conversion and editing. The majority of work will be completed using Adobe Premiere Pro CC and other Adobe software products. Other software will be used for screen capturing.
