The Police and Crime Commissioner(s) for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire (hereinafter known as “The Customer”) invite you to quote for the Provision of Support Services to the Cisco/Juniper Network Infrastructure Hardware Estate, the customer an initial 12 month contract to commence from the 1st April 2017 until 31st March 2018 with the option to extend for a further 12 months, subject to agreement between both parties. The support for the hardware will be required for 8hrs, 5 days per week with Next Business Day (NBD) replacement
