W358 - Provision of Digital Media Repository

There is an increasing need for digital media to be utilised, managed and retained across the Force with two key drivers now raising the profile for the need for a media repository: (a) Smartphones with capability of capturing photo and video evidence are being rolled out to operational officers; (b) CPS are imminently introducing a central API to their systems that Forces are required to utilise to share digital media evidence.
