This specification covers reactive maintenance and planned maintenance for: Plumbing and Heating – including: water and gas, from repairs and maintenance to refurbishment projects. Drain Services – Including: unblocking services. Surfacing works – includes: resurfacing paths and roads. Electrical Works – Including bulb changes to new fittings. Painting & Decoration Roofing Services – Including: flat roofs, pitched tiles, from repairs and maintenance to replacement roofing projects. General Building – including: joinery, minor repairs and planned projects. Audio Visual – Including: replacement projector bulbs and minor repairs to projectors, smart boards etc. We are hosting a supplier event on Friday 7th October from 2pm until 4pm at our Force HQ, Enderby and would advise all suppliers interested in this tender to attend this event.
