2016-021 - Drainage Maintenance Services

Drainage Services: (Including but not limited to) To provide a service to repair, service and maintain the Drainage infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Call out to unblock drains, toilets and surface water drainage runs. • Maintenance of car park interceptors. • Maintenance of sewage pumps. To provide the following maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building drainage defects. 2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor drainage works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of drainage services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: • Maintenance of car park interceptors. • Maintenance of sewage and related pumps.
