2016-025 - Air Conditoning Maintenance Services

Air Conditioning Services: (Including but not limited to) To provide a service to repair, service and maintain the air conditioning infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Air Conditioning / heat pumps to offices, server rooms and other operational areas. • Maintenance of chillers. To provide the following maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building air conditioning defects. 2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor air conditioning works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of air conditioning services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: • Room air conditioning units. • Split system / heat pumps. • Chilled water. • Server / data centre cooling plant.
