Q42/04/16 - Provision of a Support Trainer for the LMDP

The Foundation Leadership Management and Development Programme is an essential training programme designed to empower and enable first line supervisors to lead, manage and develop their staff in line with the organisations Mission Statement, Credo and ethos. Trainers involved in the delivery of the programme are qualified teacher/trainers with additional management qualifications and supervisory and management experience in the policing and military arenas. The requirement in this instance is to provide additional trainer support to the existing team for the delivery of the Foundation Programme. Potential candidates should be qualified teacher/trainers with proven experience in the delivery of leadership and management programmes in a similar environment. The requirement is to deliver training to 80+ first line supervisors in the current training year (May 2016 to March 2017 in the first instance) as well as psychometric feedback using the MBTI, Belbin and Headlight 360 instruments as mentioned above.
