Description: Demolition of an attached existing two storey wing with undercroft and an isolated single storey store-room building. Partial demolition of the retained existing building. Two storey temporary accommodation complete with utilities connections and car-parking. Removal on completion of the works to the existing building. Two storey and single storey extensions to the existing building and a separate single storey store-room and link corridor. Communications mast and associated cable containment for cable and equipment installation by the Employer during the course of the Works. Internal alterations and refurbishment to the existing police station. Replacement of existing windows and cladding to existing elevations. Associated external works. Reinstatement and completion of the external works after removal of the temporary accommodation TA1, TA2 and TA3
