Q36/12/15 - Provision of professional HR Support

The CNC is looking to appoint a contractor to work with the CNC's own HR department against a target operating model which was developed in an earlier phase of restructuring. The CNC is moving to a Police-based Shared Service provider for its transaction processing in HR, Procurement and Finance activities and requires support in a number of areas including change processes, restructuring activities, due diligence, role profiles, job descriptions, coaching and development. The Statement of requirement within the Request for Quotation Document provides further clarification
