22290 - Modifications To SARC Building

The works consist of: • Two small side extensions (4.5m2 total) to the front porch/lobby area with small reception hatch internally. • Internal modifications of removing/new stud walling to create office (back of new reception hatch) and store room to ground floor. • Internal modifications of new stud walling/doors to create 3nr rooms from one large room on first floor. • Installation of new shower cubicle in first floor toilet. • Decoration. • Mechanical and Electrical works for the above rooms and some other minor alterations.
