Expressions of Interest for:- Provision of Emergency Nursing Cover with deadline on 8th July 2013
Expressions of Interest and Pre - Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submissions are invited for the supply of the above service areas, as detailed in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) Guidance Note, accessible through the NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) electronic system on registration.
Offers must only be returned through NHS SBS electronic system (http://nhssbs.eu-supply.com) no later than 12pm on the 8th July 2013, no other form of offer will be accepted. Potential Bidders must enclose all required documents and respond to the requisite PQQ questions only through the NHS SBS electronic system (http://nhssbs.eu-supply.com). Potential Bidders should take care to register in the system as soon as possible in order to see and have access to all the applicable PQQ documentation.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in you being rejected from this procurement process.
ALL communication with Southport and Ormskirk's Procurement department should be directed through the messages tab in the NHS SBS electronic system in order to have full record and audit trail of all communication within this procurement exercise.
