Description of the procurement

Camden Council, on behalf of other partners inc. Camden and Islington NHS Trust, and Royal Borough of Kingston wants to engage with potential residential rehabilitation and detoxification suppliers before a formal tender.
The potential tender will be divided into the following lots with indicative price:
— Lot 1: Detox. with 24-hour medical cover; medically assisted withdrawal from opiates or alcohol: 1 700 GBP per week,
— Lot 2: Detox. without 24-hour medical cover; without medically assisted withdrawal: 1 100 GBP/week,
— Lot 3: Detox. (with 24-hr medical cover): 1 200 GBP per week (max of 3 weeks) 700 GBP/week (without 24 hr medical cover): 1 000 GBP/week (max of 3 weeks) 700 GBP per week with primary rehabilitative programme focusing on intensive therapeutic interventions. Maximum stay 12 weeks,
— Lot 4: Primary rehabilitative programme (maximum stay 12 weeks) focusing on therapeutic interventions: 700 GBP/week,
— Lot 5: Secondary rehabilitative programme (maximum stay 12 weeks) focusing on the development of life skills, recovery through training or employment-focused needs; the skills to sustain a drug/alcohol-free lifestyle: 700 GBP/week,
— Lot 6: Complex e.g. women who are pregnant, dual diagnosis: 1 000 GBP/week.
